Very often there are organic solids and not in the wastewater sewers or sewage, that need to be shredded before being conveyed into the drainage system through submersible pumps.
The sewage that have grindable solids can come from domestic, industrial or agricultural activities. The electropumps with shredder enable to chop finely filamentous or fibrous substances such as those found in process water of the textile, leather and food industry, but also from farming and zootechnics.
The ability to finely grind the solids present in wastewater, thanks to submersible pumps with macerator, allows pumping even in systems with stringent constraints in the diameters of the tubes, thus preventing the clogging.
